A small-town girl from Louisiana, with blue eyes and a bright smile, Shannon grew up on the bayou, and despite years on the pageant circuit, she never thought she’d end up in the pages of Playboy. True to her resourceful Southern roots, Shannon managed to turn a stroke of bad luck into a claim to Playboy fame. “At first, I hated Los Angeles,” she admits. “It was so fast that it freaked me out!
